World Kindness Day
On 13th November 2021, children from Meadows Academy and other well-wishing donors celebrated World Kindness Day, pooling together stashes of storybooks, clothes, toys, and food items in large quantities for the beneficiaries of Uhuru Walk. Our team has completed one entire month of English Literacy Classes! In week 4, we set out to learn vocabulary associated with sounds. The wholesome laughter you see in these pictures is because of delightful mystery items like ‘pompoms’. Not only did they sound funny, but they felt delightfully soft to the little kiddos!
